Privacy & Cookies

This notice explains how OUTREACH CADENCE LIMITED uses information from outreachcadence.com, business enquiries and discovery-call bookings.

Who is responsible

Outreach Cadence is operated by OUTREACH CADENCE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, number 14779525. Our registered office is Unit 1 Crosslands Business Park, Salford Road, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, England, MK17 8HZ. We are the controller of the personal information used for our website and business enquiries.

For a privacy question or rights request, email ahmed@outreachcadence.com or write to our registered office.

Enquiries and booking a call

When you contact us or request a discovery call, we use the contact details, message, booking answers and appointment information you provide to respond, arrange the meeting and discuss the services you requested. Please do not put sensitive personal information in a booking form.

We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract when you request services for yourself. For enquiries made on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and managing appointments, balanced against your rights. Details needed to arrange an appointment are necessary for the booking to work; unrelated information is optional. Booking a call is not consent to unrelated marketing.

The booking panels use Calendly and our discovery calls use Google Meet. Calendly processes booking information on our behalf and separately processes some technical and cookie information under its own Privacy Notice. The embedded panels initially wait for permission to load Calendly. You can enable Calendly separately without accepting our analytics or marketing. Loading the embedded service sends technical request information to its provider even if you do not submit a booking. Calendly’s own Cookie settings let you manage its optional provider cookies.

Running and protecting the website

Our website, hosting and security providers process information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and request times to deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and a legal obligation where one applies. This is separate from optional visitor tracking.

Optional analytics and experience measurement

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 can measure visits, acquisition sources, device categories, section exposure, navigation and stages in the booking journey. These measurements help us understand website performance and conversion friction. They use browser identifiers and usage information, including general location. We do not intentionally send invitee names, email addresses, booking answers or meeting links to Google Analytics. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

With both analytics and marketing consent, Microsoft Clarity can collect interaction information such as clicks and scrolling and provide heatmaps and session replays. We use these to understand usability. Text masking reduces disclosure; it does not make all interaction data anonymous. Microsoft also uses information for its own purposes, including advertising-related purposes, as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not treat Clarity as an essential service.

With marketing consent, the LinkedIn Insight Tag can measure visits and advertising performance and associate activity with LinkedIn identifiers. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. This does not introduce a mailing list or an upload of booking contact details to advertising services.

Our basis for these optional tracking uses is consent. You can read the website or request a call without accepting unrelated analytics or marketing.

Private business reporting

We combine website statistics, search performance, appointment status and consent-choice totals in a private reporting system. Booking reporting uses pseudonymous record references, dates, status and available campaign attribution—not invitee names, emails, booking answers or meeting URLs. Pseudonymous references are not anonymous. Authorized personnel use Google reporting tools and AI-assisted analysis to interpret aggregate results; raw booking contact information and identifiable session replays are not supplied to that analysis.

We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and managing business enquiries for minimal appointment-status reporting. That does not replace the consent required for optional website tracking. We do not use this reporting to make decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies store or access information on a device. Necessary functions include security and remembering a privacy choice. Optional analytics and marketing are separate choices; neither is required to view the website. Continued browsing or scrolling is not consent.

Use Cookie settings to accept, reject or change optional categories and withdraw consent for future collection. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies, although doing so can remove saved preferences. Our website controls are not a substitute for Calendly’s separate cookie choices inside its service.

  • Consent preferences: Complianz preference cookies remember selected categories and the notice version. They are not visitor analytics.
  • Google Analytics: first-party cookies normally include _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and sessions. Analytics consent is required.
  • Microsoft Clarity: cookies can include _clck and _clsk, with Microsoft third-party identifiers where supported. Both analytics and marketing consent are required here. Microsoft publishes its cookie information.
  • LinkedIn: advertising and measurement identifiers are optional marketing technology. LinkedIn publishes its cookie information.
  • Calendly: appointment-service cookies and optional provider technology are controlled separately. See Calendly’s notice and Cookie Settings.

Who receives information and international processing

Relevant recipients include website hosting, security and email providers; Calendly for scheduling; Google for meetings, reporting storage and consented analytics; Microsoft for consented Clarity; and LinkedIn for consented marketing measurement. Access to private business reporting is restricted. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information when necessary for legal obligations or a claim.

Providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their applicable transfer arrangements can include the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards, depending on the provider, service and transfer. You can ask us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data. Google’s transfer information and Calendly’s Data Processing Addendum explain their arrangements. These links do not mean all services use an identical arrangement.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry and appointment information while handling the requested discussion, a continuing business relationship, or a necessary legal, accounting or dispute purpose. In deciding whether information is still needed, we consider the last substantive contact, whether an appointment or engagement is ongoing, and any applicable legal obligation or claim. Private reporting is reviewed for continuing business need; we do not treat pseudonymous records as exempt from retention or rights requests.

Provider retention and browser-cookie expiry are different. Google Analytics is configured to keep event and user data for 14 months, without restarting the user-data period on new activity. These controls do not determine the retention of most standard aggregate reports. Clarity normally makes recordings available for 30 days, with selected or sampled recordings and heatmaps available for up to 9 months under its provider rules. Backups and security records can remain until their applicable recovery, security or legal purpose ends. Data retained only in a backup is not a justification to put deleted information back into routine use.

Your rights and contacting us

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for optional tracking at any time. Email ahmed@outreachcadence.com; we may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We update this notice when our processing changes. Any separate client engagement may require additional information about its own data processing.
